A Birth Certificate (In case of Nursery and KG)
Transfer Certificate from the School last Attended
Mark Sheet of last Examination Passed.
Medical fitness Certificate from senior Medical Officer
Two Copies of Passport size Photograph and copy of stamp size photograph.
Migration Certificate for class XI,coming from Board ohter than CBSC
